Agreement and service

These Terms govern use of SnapSave Hunter, a Shopify app provided by Gytis Bartkus (“we,” “us,” or “our”). By installing or using the app, the merchant agrees to these Terms.

SnapSave Hunter lets merchants configure a storefront discount hunt, collect a shopper email for reward delivery, record separate optional marketing consent, create unique percentage discount codes through Shopify, review qualified contacts, and export contacts to CSV. The submitted version supports one campaign per shop and percentage discounts only.

Merchant obligations

• Maintain an eligible Shopify store and comply with Shopify's terms.
• Provide accurate campaign, business, privacy, and marketing information.
• Use collected and exported information lawfully and honor withdrawals and privacy rights.
• Avoid deceptive claims, unlawful promotions, abusive content, and attempts to bypass rate or plan limits.
• Keep Shopify account access secure and report suspected unauthorized use.

The merchant controls reward value, expiry, placement, presentation, and customer-facing copy and remains responsible for promotion legality, inventory, margins, taxes, eligibility, and fulfillment.

Pricing, billing, and refunds

Paid charges are billed only through Shopify App Pricing. Current plan details appear in the Shopify App Store listing and Shopify's pricing interface. Merchants can change plans through Shopify.

Shopify controls billing authorization, invoicing, cancellations, refunds, and payment processing. Refund requests may be sent to support and are considered case by case, subject to Shopify's billing capabilities and rights that cannot lawfully be limited.

Acceptable use

Merchants must not use SnapSave Hunter to violate law, infringe rights, distribute malware, collect information deceptively, send unlawful marketing, probe or disrupt the service, reverse engineer protected service components, or provide access to unauthorized parties.

Availability and privacy

We aim to operate the service reliably but do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free availability. Maintenance, Shopify platform changes, network failures, or events outside reasonable control may affect the service.

Our processing practices are described in the Privacy Policy. Each merchant remains responsible for its own privacy notices, lawful bases, retention decisions, and use of exported information.

Intellectual property

SnapSave Hunter, its original software, branding, and documentation are owned by Gytis Bartkus or its licensors. Merchants retain rights in their campaign content and grant us the limited permission needed to process and display it while providing the service.

Suspension and termination

Merchants can stop using the service by uninstalling the app. We may suspend or terminate access for material breach, unlawful use, security risk, nonpayment handled through Shopify, or where required by Shopify or law. Data deletion follows the Privacy Policy and Shopify's mandatory privacy processes.

Disclaimers and liability

To the extent permitted by law, the service is provided “as is” and “as available.” We do not guarantee sales, conversion, revenue, contact quality, campaign performance, or uninterrupted availability.

To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive loss, or for lost profits, revenue, data, or business opportunities. Our aggregate liability will not exceed app fees paid by the affected merchant during the 12 months before the event giving rise to the claim. These limits do not apply to fraud, wilful misconduct, gross negligence, death or personal injury caused by negligence, or liability that cannot lawfully be limited.

Indemnity

To the extent permitted by law, the merchant will indemnify us against third-party claims, losses, and reasonable costs arising from unlawful campaign content, misuse of collected information, breach of these Terms, or violation of another person's rights. This does not apply to the extent a claim was caused by our breach, negligence, or unlawful conduct.

Governing law and changes

These Terms are governed by Lithuanian law. Courts in Lithuania will have jurisdiction except where mandatory consumer or other applicable law requires otherwise.

We may update these Terms. Material changes will be communicated as required by law or Shopify policy. Continued use after an effective update constitutes acceptance where permitted by law.
